That the Agenda be amended to consider Item 8.1 160 Leeder Lane, Provincial Heritage Designation Application and presentation and 8.2 160 Leeder Lane, Provincial Heritage Plaque Application ahead of Section 7 Unfinished Business.

That the Municipal Heritage Committee recommend to Council: That Council direct staff to proceed with the designation of 160 Leeder Lane, Southampton under Part IV of the Ontario Heritage Act; and, That staff be authorized to prepare and publish the required Notice of Intention to Designate and undertake all necessary steps in accordance with the Ontario Heritage Act.
