That Council provide direction to the County of Bruce Approval Authority to approve Minor Revision to Draft Plan of Subdivision - 41T-2016-02.46 (Bluewater) by Barry’s Construction and Insulation Ltd. in accordance with the Draft Plan and Conditions of Draft Approval attached; That Council approve Zoning By-law Amendment - Z-2025-047 (Bluewater) and By-law 29-2026; That Council resolve that no further notice is necessary with respect to the minor change in the proposed Zoning By-law Amendment in accordance with the provisions of Section 34(17) of the Planning Act; and, That Council recommend to the County of Bruce Approval Authority that a condition be added to the Conditions Of Draft Approval that the applicant be required to negotiate buffering and light mitigation for Blocks 258 and 286 with the Town of Saugeen Shores through the Site Plan Control process.
