That the Municipal Heritage Committee approve the minutes of October 15, 2025, as presented.

That the Municipal Heritage Committee recommends to Council the following: That Council approve the demolition of the garage and workshop at 18 Huron Street North, a Heritage Property designated under the Ontario Heritage Act by Town of Southampton By-law Number 98-20; and That the Committee recommend Council have staff review the designating By-law and return to Council with amendments.
