That Council adopt the minutes of the Regular Council Meetings of June 17 and 24, 2024, and note and file the minutes of the Committee of the Whole Meeting of June 24, 2024, as presented.

That Council approve the three-year 12-month ice pilot program commencing in 2025; and That Council direct staff to include the anticipated cumulative new revenue of $248,678 for the 2025-2027 12-Month Ice Pilot program in the 2025 Business Plan. That Council receive the Fire Prevention and Public Education report for information. That Council direct staff to suspend the collection of fees for the taxi licensing regime of By-law 98-2004; and That the investigation of a County-wide Taxi and Ride Sharing Licensing program be brought forward in the 2025 Business Plan for consideration.
