That the Municipal Heritage Committee approve the minutes of June 18, 2025, as presented.

That the Municipal Heritage Committee recommends to Council the following: That Council approve the demolition of the cabin and shed at 317 High Street, a Heritage Property designated under the Ontario Heritage Act by Town of Southampton By-law Number 3021; and That the approval be subject to the condition that the original heritage home continue to be maintained and preserved .
